Wholesale Ordering

New Customer?

Please submit our New Wholesale Customer Form prior to placing your order. A current Illinois Form CRT-61 for sales tax must be on file before your order is confirmed.

Order Placement
Wholesale orders are accepted via text, email or through our online form (below). All orders will be confirmed within 24 hours of order receipt. Orders are not considered accepted until confirmation is sent.

Invoicing & Payment
Invoices will be sent to the email address on file. Payment is due within Net 7 days of the invoice date. ACH and credit card payments accepted. Note: 3% processing fee will apply to all credit card transactions.

Lead Time
Place wholesale orders require a minimum five (5) day notice. Please contact 773-790-6168 to inquire about last minute orders. Surcharge may apply. 

Delivery & Pickup
Delivery is available for a $25 fee within our service area. Delivery address must be accurate and complete. Missed deliveries may require rescheduling and may incur additional fees.
Pickup is available during posted hours or by prior arrangement.

Cancellations & Changes
Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order confirmation. Requests outside this window may not be accommodated and may incur charges.

Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including dairy, eggs, wheat, nuts, and soy.
