Welcome to Brie’s Cuisine! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [www.briescuisine.com] (“Site”) and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using our Site, you agree to these Terms.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you place an order and payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.

We accept payments through secure third-party processors. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to process your order using the method provided.

We prepare and ship orders as described on our Site. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control (such as carrier delays or weather).

Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

We make every effort to describe our products accurately. However, minor variations in appearance, size, or packaging may occur since our goods are handmade in small batches.

Our products may contain common allergens such as dairy, eggs, nuts, wheat, and soy. We cannot guarantee that items are free from cross-contamination. Please review ingredient information carefully before ordering.

All content on our Site, including text, images, recipes, and branding, is the property of Brie’s Cuisine and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products, except as required by law.

At Brie’s Cuisine, we take pride in preparing and packaging every order with care so your baked goods and pantry items arrive fresh and delicious.

• Brie’s Pantry items are available for shipping within Illinois.
• Perishable baked goods are limited to local delivery or pickup, as noted on our Site.
   

• We ship through USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days).
• Orders are processed and shipped on Mondays and Tuesday to ensure freshness and timely delivery.
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
   

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination.

• Orders placed after Friday will be processed the following Monday.
  
• Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
   

During hot weather months, some items may soften or shift during transit. We package all goods securely but cannot guarantee against melting or temperature-related changes once shipped.

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once handed over to USPS. If an issue occurs, please contact USPS directly with your tracking information.
